Specific yoga techniques can be used effectively to strengthen those muscles that we use for everyday activities. In this workshop will explore how to strengthen our "core muscles," which will include those parts of our body that are used to maintain optimal health and support everyday activities. In addition, we will delve into meditations that can help us feel centered and grounded, allowing us to connect with our “core self.”
We will use a combination of integrative, therapeutic yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation as we discover how we can recruit more strength and vitality. This workshop is intended for all levels of practitioner and will provide appropriate challenges and adaptations for each participant, facilitating a positive and nurturing experience for all.
