Calm in the Storm - Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation for Stress Management

During this 3-part class series we will explore how movement, breath and meditation practices can be interwoven to support our nervous system. More specifically, we will explore three different pranayama techniques, including Ujjayi, Anuloma Ujjayi and Chandra Bhedana. Each of these techniques, have proven to be highly effective at supporting the nervous system.

Using accessible movements, breathing practices, chanting, visualization and meditation, we will enrich our understanding of how transformational yogic meditation can help us discover a deep sense of purpose, actualize our most authentic sense of self and enrich the quality of all our relationships.

This series will provide useful meditation tools for all experience levels and is intended for anyone interested in yoga and meditation. No prior experience is necessary.

Participants in this class will receive a recording of the practice that they can reference for three weeks. If you are unable to attend the class live, you can still register for the class and receive the recorded version.

Please note - You must register 15 minutes prior to the start of class at which time you will receive a Zoom link and Password.
