What is a Gentle Vinyasa Yoga Class?

These yoga classes are rooted in Viniyoga techniques, which integrate a yoga therapy approach into a group setting. Each class provides accessible movements and breathing techniques that are intended to empower students and help them bring more harmony into their body, minds and daily lives.

Every session considers the needs of the attendees in class that day, so individual needs are addressed and students leave with an overall feeling of wellness. Typical areas of focus include using yoga to help with lower back, neck, shoulder, and hip issues. Classes also support stress management and reducing symptoms associated with anxiety and depression.
