Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions
Yoga Chikitsa, sanskrit for Yoga Therapy, merges the profound healing powers of Ayurveda and Yoga to help people heal their bodies and improve their overall sense of well-being. I offer one-on-one private yoga sessions that are custom crafted to meet each individual student’s needs and interests.
Yoga Therapy sessions are specially tailored to the student, so they feel empowered to foster positive change in their lives. A typical practice includes some combination of mindful movement, breathing exercises, and guided meditation.
Gentle and Therapeutic Yoga Classes
Group classes are informed by the yoga therapy model for health and healing. They offer students the opportunity to explore functional movements and breathing techniques that help to improve range of motion, unwind patterns of chronic tension, strengthen under utilized muscles while also helping to manage stress.
